Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Snappy Receipt, a product of Occasions Digital Solutions Limited, handles information on the website and the installed app.

1. No account needed

Snappy Receipt does not ask you to sign up or log in. We do not collect your name, email or password.

2. What is saved, and where

Your shop name, MoMo or bank details, customer names and phone numbers, items and receipt history are saved only in your phone's browser storage. They are not sent to or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app deletes them.

3. Usage counts

To understand which features are used, the app keeps simple counts (for example, how many receipts were created or shared) and the advert link you arrived from. These are saved on your device only.

4. Sharing receipts

Receipts are only shared when you choose to, for example by downloading the image or opening WhatsApp. Once shared, the receipt is handled by that app under its own privacy policy.

5. Permissions

The app only saves receipt images to your phone when you tap download or share. It does not access your contacts, location, camera or microphone.

6. Hosting

Like every website, our hosting provider may process basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

7. Children

Snappy Receipt is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
